Which one should I choose? Zalman are always good, so VF1000??

I'm not sure if it's wroth it, but I know that all standard cooler makes a lot of noise!

I love the lack of information people always give in topics when asking for advice...

Name the card, gpu and memory size, and whether overclocked

name any obstructions preventing the use of an additional card slot for cooler

Define purpose for wanting new cooler - broken, noise, overheating or just because

And finally, budget.

I'm gonna buy the 4870X2 when it comes out and usually the standard coolers makes a lot of noise.

So what I want, is an good cooler with little noise and good cooling.

The budget doesn't matter, I'm not afraid to spend several hundred dollars to make my system work.

4870X2 & aftermarket cooler = does not compute.

I'd venture to say that no cooler on the market right now will fit the [still unannouced] 4870X2 (save for possibly WC blocks, which there are a number that fit the 3870X2, with no guarantee the mounting holes will be the same in the 4870X2).

When the GPU comes out you can ask the question, until then, it's all speculation. (And I can guarantee 100% the VF1000 will NOT fit it - since it's a single GPU cooler).
