VGA-HDMI Adapter:Will the image look better?

I have a VGA only monitor and a PC with every input under the sun but I was wondering if I were to buy a VGA to HDMI adapter if the image on the monitor would look any better?

Probably not but you'll need an active adapter. Since VGA isnt compatible with HDMI with a normal adapter
