[SOLVED] VGA input on motherboard

Im getting an ASUS prime b450m-A motherboard and it has an vga input but my gpu rx 570 doesnt support vga,so if i plug my vga cable into the motherboard will the monitor work?

It would depend on the CPU you have. Only Ryzen CPUs that have a "G" at the end of the model number have built-in graphics. Otherwise the motherboard video ports do not work. Even if you had a 2400G CPU for example, you wouldn't use the RX570 if you connect to the motherboard.

So since im pairing it with a ryzen 2600 it wont work and ill have to get a new monitor or one of those VGA gadgets
