[SOLVED] VGA, keyboard and mouse not detecting in optiplex 780

What should I do when my optiplex 780 cannot detect its VGA, mouse and keyboard. And the machine begin to booth without pressing on the power button? What is the cause of all these please?

Remove all the RAM and do it again.. if you notice the same then it can be bit problematic with your motherboard.
Anyway give it a try and let us know.
