Question VGA led light and no display?

Hello,

I just built a PC with the following parts:
EVGA GTX 1070 Ti
ROG Crosshair VI Hero
2x Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 8bg DDR4
AMD Ryzen 7 2700
EVGA 850W PSU
Rosewill Cullinfin MX case

Problem is I keep getting a VGA led and no display when I try to boot my PC with my EVGA GTX 1070 ti. The lights turn on and and the fans spin then stop then spin again endlessly. However, when I use my old GTX 970 it works fine and it does display.

Not sure what to do. I think I may have to call EVGA up and hopefully it is covered by their 3 year limited warranty.

I have tried updated the bios, installing driver for gtx 1070 ti, and refitting the GPU multiple times.

Any help is appreciative.

If the BIOS update is for the MB, yes, call EVGA. Also you can try the 1070ti in other PC, if you can.
