Question Vga led on pc won't boot

Hello, I have a problem with my computer I just finished my first build and the pc won't boot with red VGA light on
Here are my specs :
Aorus z390 pro wifi
2x8 go Corsair vengeance pro RGB 3200Mhz CL16
i5 9600K
1TB hard drive WD Blue
BeQuiet Pure Rock Slim
BeQuiet System Power 9 600W

From what I understand, I don't need a Graphics Card because my processor handles it.
I tried resetting the CMOS and rebuilding it but it didn't fix anything.
Could you help me please

are you sure it is 9600k and not 9600kf?
