VGA light is on

Alright, so. I booted my computer up and the VGA light was coming up. I did some research and someone solved it by resetting my CMOS battery. After the battery reset, it booted up with just the boot up device light on. It took me to the bios and I fixed my time and restarted. Now the VGA light is on again and I'm back to square one.

I am running the following -

Motherboard - ASUS 970 pro gaming
Graphics - msi 1060
Processor - AMD 8-core 4.0 ghz
650 power supply
8 gigs of ram.

Can anyone help? I run into issues with this computer ever 3-4 months and am having a harder time believing it is worth the money now.

I fixed the issue! Sorry for the random forum. I had a defective CMOS battery. Replaced it from an old rig And updated my drivers, now the computer is running better then before.
