Question VGA light on after pc case and psu swap

Hello! So ive changed my pc case to the nzxt s340 and I now cannot get a display. I have checked and made sure all connectors are connected and seated property but still cannot get a display. The psu I swapped to was the evga 700b. Ive also noticed that the video card does not heat up. The pc worked fine before. Im planning on ordering a new cpu to see if that fixes the problem also.

pc specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1080
8gb DDR4 HyperX
Asus Tuf b550 plus

That's a very low quality PSU; just what was in there before? Does the old PSU work? And what PSU is that one?

I had a corsair sf400 at first and it worked just fine im not sure what the problem is now though

Yes but im not sure of how im supposed to fit it in the case as its an sff psu
