Question VGA light on even when GPU removed.

Hello, I have a red VGA light appearing and my PC is not booting up showing a black screen. This started randomly. I tried removing my GTX 1070 and the light is still there. Any help? Please let me know if you need more info.

It’s an i5-6600k, after talking with support they seem to have concluded that my PCIE slot is broken, as the card works with other computers. It seems just the plastic piece is the problem have any of you seen a solution to this? I have one slot on my MOBO.

I misspelled I meant psu my auto correct must have noticed a u and changed it to cpu
