Question VGA light on motherboard stays on.

I just bought a asus x570 pro wifi motherboard today. Hooked everything up and the VGA light is a solid white. I’ve tried booting with and without my GPU in and still get no progress. Now I’m panicked my gpu (Radeon 6800xt) is broken. Not sure if this is a MOBO or a GPU issue so please excuse me if I posted in the wrong forum section.

GPU: Radeon 6800xt
MOBO: asus tuf gaming x5700- pro wifi
RAM: g.skills trident 3600mhz
PSU: EVGA 850W 80+platinum.

With the new motherboard, did you do a new/clean install of Windows?

My ssd and hard drive I have plug in are completely clear. I can’t even get to set up windows. And I’m assuming it’s the motherboard lights issue.

Have you tried using both the HDMI port and then the display port on your GPU? Do you have an old GPU you could use to see if it will post?

I have only tried display port with my motherboard and gpu. I unfortunately don’t have another gpu to try out.

Also when I put all 4 of my RAM stick in all the other lights turn off besides the DRAM light now. So I’m not sure if that helps at all.
