Question VGA Light on on motherboard, usual steps not working

Hey all, my computer recently turned off completely, for no appartent reason and now when I go to start it up, the VGA light turns on on the motherboard and I get no display.
Specs:
Ryzen 5800x
Asus B550-F Gaming Wifi
ASUS ROG STRIX 3070Ti
32GB 3600MHz Crucial Ram
750W Coolermaster Popwersupply: MPY-750V-AFBAG-AU
NVMe SSD, not sure what brand I think it's Samsung.
I also have a few other SSD's and hardrives
I have tried all the obvious solutions, I've reset the CMOS and BIOS and reseated my GPU like 10 times, I tried another GPU which I know works, but still no display so I know it's not the GPU, I've tried both slots on the motherboard and I also basically rebuilt the computer to no avail. I have had this issue once before I unplugged a few PSU cables and replugged them and it worked, but not this time. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am completely lost on this one. I think most of my parts are still under warranty, but are there any other issues or things I should do first before I return them?

Without 2nd, compatible hardware, where to test if your CPU, MoBo or RAM works, there is 0 telling which of the three (if not all of them) are toast.
