Question VGA light turnes on from time to time and three black screens so far 2x VGA and 1x CPU light

So 4 weeks ago I replaced my GPU and after that I had some wierd issues like the vga light. I didn't think much of it I simply considered it being a bug but 4 days ago while in idle my screen turned black. The PC was running but the DRAM light was on. After turning the PSU and on again and booting it worked as normal but the BIOS settings were cleared. It happened again a day ago. I don't know if it's my RAM my motherboard or CPU.
Here is a list of things I tried to fix the issue:
- Resetting the BIOS
- Reflashing the BIOS
- Changing the BIOS version to a previous one
- Turning off fast boot on windows
- Changing the GPU
- Reinstalling windows
- Switching the CMOS battery
- Giving the PC to a repair shop (I live in a rather small city and there aren't many, also none of them are good)
- Manually setting the timings and voltage on RAM
I've asked about this elswhere before and someone said that seems to be a motherboard problem but I want to be sure before I buy and try out a new one.

RAM: Corsair Vengance rgb pro 32gb 3200mhz
SSD: M.2 PNY 500gb XLR8 CS3030, M.2 1tb CS2130
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX6700xt
PSU: Be quiet! Striaght power 11 650w platinum
OS: W11
Monitor: Acer Nitro XV240YPBMIIPRX

Edit: So after turning off my PC for 10 minutes I turned it back on and after a minute my screen went black but this time the CPU light came on wth. I turned the PC off by PSU and turned it on, cycled a few times after which it turned on, BIOS was reset.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

After you've verified that the BIOS was flashed to the latest version, did you clear the CMOS? Do you feel a mild tingling sensation when you make contact with the metal part of your chassis and your feet are touching a (non-carpeted, non-wooden)tiled floor?
