Question VGA light turns on, then pc shuts down

I'm currently building a pc, but have been getting stuck on an error for a while. The parts of the pc turn on and work for about 30 seconds, then once the VGA light on the motherboard turns on, the pc turns off. The GPU lights are working properly and the fans are spinning. We have tried reseating the GPU multiple times.

How old is the unit in your build?

Inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins. Breadboard the system's innards and work with one stick of ram in slot A2.
