Unfortunately I don't know the full specs as this is my brother's PC that was dropped off and I was volunteered to fix it lmao.

MOBO: ASUS Z97 Pro
CPU: Intel i5, likely from 2016, an unlocked one I believe
GPU: Nvidia GTX 3060Ti
PSU: Corsair TX550M

I know that the GPU and PSU are perfectly functional as I've transplated them from my own PC which I used earlier today. The old PSU in this busted PC didn't work, so I put my one in. The VGA light posted so I tried to using the integrated GPU, still the light stayed on, when I put my own GPU in, same issue.

Thanks for reading.

Sounds like a bad motherboard. What was the old PSU? If it was poor quality it could have taken out the motherboard(and possibly other parts) when it died.

Old PSU was an Antec 620W bronze. Makes sense that it could cause problems in the motherboard. The motherboard recognised when RAM wasn't in, so sounds like it was just the part that ran visual output that's broken.
