Question VGA Memory leak?

I have a GTX 2080 Super. About once a day, my system malfunctions and the graphics become frigazied. In MSI Afterburner, a box pops up that says "Out of memory". The only programs that are usually running in the background are my antivirus, some various gaming apps (steam, the blizzard.net app usually), discord and the razr app. If I'm playing a game, I get a black screen and am unable to do much apart from tab mostly. Ctrl+alt+del is usually unresponsive. Anyone have ideas how to troubleshoot this?

Everything seems ship-shape as far as system RAM goes. Running 32GB

Check for malware. Use malwarebytes.
Post your full system specs also.

Malware found what appeared to be 4 items that were quarantined by my anti-virus.
