VGA no signal

Hey guys I just bought a new pc today and build it and I guess finish but when I connected to my Asus monitor it said 'no VGA signal' and goes black screen. My old pc works on this screen with VGA wire and monitor. I decided to try hdmi cable 2 different still same no signal tried on different monitor still same from thr mb cable slot but when I tried it on the graphic card slot it works but goes defect I'll attach a picture how it looks. Any solution to this? Or did I get provided a bad graphic card or mb? Or I messed up somewhere on wiring.

Hi, Firstly the motherboard video ports do not work with the installed CPU, so always connect the monitor to the graphics card. Secondly, try testing different cable, if possible.

I tried all cables on graphic card also different hdmi and vga wires still same :/
