VGA no signal

I’m trying to build my first pc with components that aren’t too good but I just want to get it working.
I assembled my build then plunged in the monitor. Every thing looked correct the fans where spinning and LEDs where on but once I turned on the monitor it said “VGA no signal”
My specs where:
ASUS Prime B350M-E motherboard
TR2 430w power supply
Seagate 2TB hardrive
And an AMD Ryzen 5 1500x cpu

With an ASUS VS197 monitor

You dont have dedicated GPU? Ryzrn without G presents only cpu without GPU, for instamce R2200G has IGPU bit yours doesnt have.
