VGA red led, debug code D9

Hi,
i bought new system today: i7 7700k, gigabyte aorus z270x gaming 5 adn one 8gb ddr 4 ram stick
but when i tried it it couldnt boot, got stuck at D9 and VGA LED static. Was trying with msi gtx 660 that works perfectly on other PC. I tried to get out battery, clear CMOS, different RAM and PCIe slots, even wihtout GPU adn disc connected and periheperals. Any ideas?

Hi, Are you using tv, or monitor? What video cable?

I am having the same issue however I just upgraded my CPU to a 6700k and started seeing the issue. My 6600k boots up normally but the i7 wont. Did you happen to find a solution?
