Good day, why is this happening in my computer?
when i start my pc there is no display in the monitor and first if i start the pc on the motherboard the CPU become red light first in few seconds like 2 seconds then the VGA will be RED LIGHT on the mother board

Note: all components are new

CPU: AMD ryzen 7 2700
MoBo: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
SSD: Samsung 860 evo 250GB
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 16GB 3200mhz
PSU: Seasonic S12II 620 Bronze
CPU COOLER: Noctua NH-D15
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 55

Solution
That CPU has NO graphics. You MUST have a graphics card in order to get a display with that Ryzen CPU.

Only the APUs have graphics. Those are the models that end in "G" like the 2400G, etc. None of the normal Ryzen CPUs have integrated graphics.
What is the model of your graphics card, how old is that S12II PSU (How long in service) and what led up to this problem?

Is this a brand new build or was this a running system that just suddenly started to have this problem after working fine previously?

Have you made any hardware changes between the time it was working and now?

Did you DO anything at all that might have caused it, such as changing the CPU cooler, cleaning inside the case, changing out any hardware?

I assure you, with a graphics card installed, it will be fine.

i've already purchased a GPU, and its GTX 1050TI, it only the gpu that fits in my budget.
there's no more red light on the motherboard but still don't have display in the monitor. my monitor is old an AOC monitor is only 16 inches but still no display
