[SOLVED] Vga red light on motherboard

I have done many things trying to solve this issue but nothing seems to work. All the leds and fans turn on in my pc but nothing goes to the monitor and it just has a red light on the motherboard.
I have ryzen 7 3700x
B450 aorus pro wifi
Gtx 1060
And 16gb of ddr4 ram

Have you got the power lead for the CPU in the motherboard?
