Question vga rgb light

Hi, two months ago I bought a new graphics card with a full warranty asus rog strix 1650 super. After installation and testing was done with 3dmax and ... and ... There was no graphics card and no problem even during games ... the latest version of the driver was installed ... and I always updated ..
But I have encountered a problem from the very beginning and the time of installing the graphics card until now
There is an rgb light on the graphics card and on the card there is a button to turn off and turn on this light .. When I press the button, the light turns off ... and when I hit it again, it turns on ....
I want the lights to always be off, whether at boot or when working with a computer system ...
I hit the button and turned off the light. But then the system resets or turns off ... the light turns on ..
What is the root cause and solution?

If I understand correctly you want the colored icon on the top of the card to be off/unlit completely.

Is that correct?

Where is the button you are pressing?
