So I built a whole new PC from scratch after 6 years, thought it was time to finally upgrade (well what a headache that was..) after I had everything set up and tried to use a spare VGA card I had which is a GTX 770 and hoping for it to start.

I have checked multiple times if any cables aren't properly plugged in but they actually are plugged in properly, the fans were all spinning too. I'm getting no screen, I tried both DVI connectors with the screen but nothing was being shown.

Specs:
Corsair 16 GB DDR4-3200 - x2
be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
GIGABYTE Z590 UD AC, socket 1200
Intel® Core i7-11700K, 3,6 GHz socket 1200
Corsair RM750, 750
GTX 770

What could I be doing wrong, anything I have missed or did I get a dead CPU from the start?

Edit: Solved, GPU was defect.
