Question VGA Solid White Light on MSI B550M VDH WiFi ?

Just built the PC and went to boot it up for the first time. Goes through the EZ Debug lights normally until it hits VGA where it’s a solid white light. Tried flashing 4 different BIOS updates, making sure to reset CMOS each time.
Took the gpu out and put it into another build of mine where the card worked perfectly with no hiccups. Also tried a GTX 1660 Super in the new system but same issue.
Honestly not sure where to go from here.

CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: Gigabyte RX 6600
PSU: Thermaltake 650W 80+ Gold

Did you connect the monitor to the GPU and not the motherboard?

Did you connect the PCIe power cable to the GPU?

which exact thermaltake model is it?

Yes and Yes, they were all connected properly and reseated multiple times to ensure it was inserted properly.
Power supply is a Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 650W
