VGA to HDMI adapter

Hi I have a monitor that only takes VGA and i have a GPU that can take HDMI. If i buy a VGA to HDMI adapter will my monitor look more Clearer or what will it do thanks!

VGA to HDMI will convert the signal from HDMI to VGA so the input on the monitor can accept it. It cannot increase the pixel count, so it will not make it clearer.

Be aware, that in some cases they do not work, and you may need to get a new monitor.

Also realise that you are going to need an Active VGA -> HDMI adapter, passive will not work. Active adapters are far more expensive also, and are not guaranteed to work. VGA is analog, it can look worse depending on how much interference/noise, etc. HDMI is all digital.
