Good Afternoon All.

I'm having a weird issue on my HP ZBook 15 Laptop. Basically in Device Manager under display it shows i have NVida and Intel drivers installed which are the correct Drivers for the the laptop (I have tried uninstalling both and reinstalling)

However in graphics properties it's showing VGASave as the active driver, Thus I won't display on dual screens or work properly.

many Thanks

James

Solution
Windows uses the VGASave driver when the GPU manufacturer's driver cannot be loaded or isn't working for whatever reason. VGASave does not support the features you are trying to use since it's just a basic VGA driver.

Try re-installing both graphics drivers for your laptop model from the HP website.
