Vgn-Ar21s Support Sata3

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if my Sony Vaio VGN-AR21S supports SATA III? Bought a SSD with SATA III to boost te performance, but not sure this will work.

has sata 1 but sata 3 is backwards compatible with sata 1.
