What's the difference between these 2 chipsets AND which one is better ?
VIA KT133A /VIA 686B
VIA (KT133) /VIA 686A

thanks

The KT133A supports 266MHz FSB (133MHz DDR) and ATA100, while the KT133 "only" supports 200MHz FSB (100MHz DDR) and ATA66.

Both DO NOT support DDR SDRAM. I mention this as it appears to confuse some people...

You are mostly correct, except the KT133 with the B version south bridge chip will also support ATA-100.Early KT133 chipsets used the A version chip which only supported ATA-66. Later boards are now using the B version and will support ATA-100.
