If you look at Isaiah, you will notice that it has so many features that the Atom processor does not, such as out of order processing. So I think that Isaiah will be a tough competitor for atom. Intel is going into VIA ground. As for the 45nm, who knows? It could be terrible for the desktop, but that might not be what VIA is after.
