Vibrating/loud PSU (randomly)?

I built my gaming PC back in November, so it's new. I have a "Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply", and a few days ago it got pretty loud and I could feel it on my desk ( the PC sits on my desk ). At the time I was playing Garry's Mod, which is not an intensive game ( easy 250 FPS ). I was worried so I turned off my PC. At the time I didn't know what it was coming from. Today, it has happened 4 times within an hour, each time about 5-15 seconds long. The 4th time, I could feel my PSU vibrating. I took it out and took off the fan "cage". It had no dust, and everything looked fine. All 4 of those times I was merely browsing the web. I am really at a loss here. Any help is appreciated.

would probably just be best to return it from where you got it from and get a replacement.
