Vibrating pixels, weird colors?

What are these dancing/vibrating pixels??

Second issue: Idk if you can see it clearly on the video but my colors are really weird and sucky.
You can clearly see where the colors change gradients, like grey to black etc, it looks AWFUL sometimes.

I can provide screenshots if needed.

Monitor is a; BenQ ZOWIE 24'' XL2411 144hz

Assuming your GPU & software is fine, and its not just a badly encoded video. I suggest RMAing the monitor.
