Video always moving to above ps1

Hi all guys, I have a little problem with ps1 (premise it has modification, so I put in a burned game). Basically the play station turns on correctly, it shows correctly, but as soon as you start the game and get to the first screen of the game the video starts moving going from up to down all the time. What could it be? I read on the internet that it could be a problem with the game, which must be burned in pal, but even though I downloaded the correct iso it still gives the same problem.
