Question Video appears only via HDMI cable, how to use VGA ?

I took my old computer out of the box (just to see if it worked), a real museum.

And it doesn't display image over the VGA cable, it just displays cpu-memory and press DELL information to enter the BIOS.

Upon entering the BIOS, the screen goes dark/gray.
Using with HDMI cable works perfectly.

pc >
Pentium 4
GA 8I915ME
hd 5450

already tried >

out battery;
enter the bios to change something;
connect without a video card (I have no idea if this pc has integrated)
2 different video cards;

What could be happening to not give video through the VGA cable and only HDMI?
