Hello.
Can anybody reccomend an integrated VGA and video capture card?
I have seen various dedicated capture cards, but would rather have to shell
out only for 1 card as I need to upgrade my graphics card anyway.
The cheaper the better! Obviously if i have to sacrifice too much quality
then I am willing to pay a bit more.
Thanks for your help.

Do yourself some mobile phone insurance fraud and buy a Geforce FX5900 ultra

There's another line of thought: with a dedicated capture card, you don't
have to pay extra for video-in functionality every time you upgrade your
video card.
