video card 2gig 64bits is higher than 1gig 1,288bits?

the 128bit 1gb version should be faster in most cases. the 64bits 2gb has more memory but slower.

i'd personally take the 128bit. 2gb's is the lesser IMO if the data cannot be moved fast enough through band width. It is not always better but usually preferred.

It also depends on GDDR type!
1GB GDDR5 will work faster than 2GB GDDR3.
