My Friend Has A ZEB-945 With 4GB RAM DDR2 Processor Is Core 2 Duo 7600 But Can He Put A Core 2 Quad Pocessor And Also Which Graphic Card Is The Best?

as for upgrading all I can tell you about this board is that the max TDP is 95w and you need to consider that when trying to upgrade the CPU to a Quad 2 Core Model CPUs, as for the slot for PCIE, it looks from picture I have seen PCIe 1.0 or 1.1 at best. Cannot confirms its nearly impossible to find information even at the zebtronics.com support web site, they do not even carry the manuals. I would not try anything newer than a 1050 on that system, likely better off with older card type like a HD 7850 if you have the right power supply to support the video card.

I would not go past a 1050Ti or 1060 as for a GPU, I am even wondering if the CPU will be able to keep up with any of the 2 GPU`s I listed.

If already getting a new (used) motherboard, can't we at least agree on something like AM3+ with AMD FX processor or a more modern Intel platform, like socket 1155 or 1150?

If the G41 mobo is already there, I guess you could get a Q6600. Can't say for sure until you name the exact model though.
As already said by others, all PCIe graphics cards will run with it. If you want to be absolutely sure about compatibility, go with the HD 7000 series (AMD) or GTX 600 series (Nvidia) at max and make sure the PSU has enough power for it.

Also try to get a CX450 or CX550 PSU, they're newer models than the CX500 and they're better quality - shouldn't cost more.

Last but not least: Please turn off CAPS LOCK, IT'S KINDA ANNOYING IF YOU GET WHAT I MEAN. (<- just showing it, not shouting or anything 😉 )

How about i get a ZEB-G41-D3 motherboard, with Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4GB Ram DDR3 1333MHZ with CX450 or CX550 PSU And Last But Not The Least 2GB Graphic Card - Any Suggestions??????

Should work. "2GB graphics card" doesn't tell us what card you want to buy though. A Nvidia GTX 1050 2GB should be a decent choice for example, a GT 710 2GB would be crap.

That's not really enough to get anything somewhat balanced. In that case, you should get a cheaper/slower CPU to have more cash for the GPU. The smallest/slowest card I would get is a GT 1030, and those start at 7500-8000 INR according to PCPartPicker.
