Question Video card cooling/air flow question

So i wondering how to bring down my video card temps and need some help figuring a few things out.

My zotac 1060 amp edition generally runs around 63-66c during sustained gaming, i have a thermaltake V3 AMD editon case with the following fan setup

: 1 intake fan at the front
: 1 intake fan at the top blowing cold air straight into the intake fan of the Hyper 212x cooler.
: 1 exhuast fan at the back sucking hot air out of the cpu cooler.

safe to assume that my cpu cooling is in order, however my 1060 has two fans blowing into the bottom of the case, i was thinking of installing a exhaust fan at the bottom of the case to suck out the hot air from the video card, is this a good idea? i know hot air goes up, but what other ways can i bring down my video card temps?, i mean eventually i will upgrade my video card and i know the 1060 is a cool running unit, a more powerful card will probably push the temps to 70c+.
