video card decision

Hello Toms Hardware Members, I was wondering whats the difference between these video cards: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125419. the second one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131473 . also can you guys recommend video card not not to much over $190.

1st ones over clocked. and a lot of people have negative reviews.

you're really not going to get a lot more out of that card even if it is over clocked. In this case I'd go for the second one.

second one is a lot cheaper plus a 6% promo.......... buy it.

I was getting the first one in the any ways ...... and is the power cooler (the second one) as bad as the other one. also what about the MSI GeForce GTX 650 TI BOOST ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&Subcategory=48&Description&Type&N=100007709&IsNodeId=1&IsPowerSearch=1&PropertyCodeValue=679%3A339727&LayoutView=grid&nm_mc=KNC-MSNSearch&cm_mmc=KNC-MSNSearch-_-GeForce-_-GeForce-GTX-650-_-GTX-650 )

The GTX650ti is pretty similar for performance.

I don't see why it would overheat. It has Sapphires dual-x cooler.

the first one you listed is the one nobody seems to like and is more expensive................

the sapphire card you listed only has 1gig of vram. pretty much useless in today's games.
