[SOLVED] video card died

so i found out while trying to run about four different games and through a benchmark test that my Pny Nvidia Geforce 750 Ti xxxx the bed I'm looking for a nvidia 1060 or 1070 or 1660 something like that for 300ish

my pc was built in 2013 so it needs some upgrading lol
my plan was to upgrade one part at a time as things kinda go since i don't have money to throw around so i was hoping to get help sorting out video cards

Windows 10 64bit
Intel core i7-3770 cpu @ 3.40ghz
ram- 8gb
nvidia geforce 750
asrock z77 extreme mobo
750 power supply

well anyway i ran a benchmark and my parts scored low i think and at some point i'll have to replace more parts or the whole PC when i have the money.
