Okay, so I am building a new computer. I had a pc that I built, but am now selling. This was my original build:

ASRock 970 extreme 3
amd fx 4300
HiS Radeon 7770 1GB GHz edition
8 gb corsair vengeance
Corsair CX500 Watt

Well after buying some parts to upgrade this one before i sold it, I had put in a different cpu and video card for a couple weeks. I had an fx6300, and an nvidia geforce gtx 970. well now that i have all the parts for my new build, I started to put everything in a new case so i can put my upgraded parts in my original case. so this was the next build:

ASRock 970 extreme 3
amd fx6300
HiS Radeon 7770 1 GB GHz edition
Corsair 450 Watt
etc.

Well when I put everything in the new case, I ran into a problem. When trying to start the pc, the video card isnt starting up. All of the fans in the case start up, and the lights that I installed. The DVD Drive can even open. So I know everything is getting power. I know that the 450 watt is powerful enough to run everything. so do you know why my video card wouldnt start up? and oh, the power button doesnt shut off the computer when you hold it. I have to unplug the power card to shut it off. Thank you very much for helping.

First Of All Check All Wires[Specially SATA And MB's 20+4 Pin Power Cable]...If They Are Properly Connected Remove GPU Reset BIOS And Boot From Integrated Graphics And Then Re-Install GPU's Divers And It Must Work
