Video card doesn't support required display settings

Hi. I have problem with aero in my gtx 980. I tried to fix it with microsoft fix it but this is what it shows me. Your video card doesn't support DirectX 9.0 or higher, Pixel Shader Model 2.0 or higher, or doesn't have sufficient memory or memory bandwidth required to display Aero effects such as transparency.

Guys i run evga gtx980 ftw. I use windowblinds 8 which i used to use with my old gtx680 sli. This is fresh windows installed here. I dont know where is the problem.

Fresh Windows install? Did you d/l the newest drivers from Nvidia?
