Video Card Driver?

Sorry for the stupid question,

I built a fresh new desktop and installed windows 7 and everything seems to work, my cpu and ram is deteched and such but when I was trying to use Aero effects for my desktop it so I troubleshooted and it said to update my video card driver, how would I do that and would someone provide me a link? I have a Powercolor R9 270X TurboDuo if that helps. Would installing this driver fix my problem? Again sorry for the stupid question I am VERY new to this stuff 🙁
