Video card fan issue

Hello,
I would like to set my video card fan and everyfan really to a setting so it will get a higher RPM when my gpu and stuff gets hotter. I have watched some video's and did not seem to find how to do it for the gpu.

most nowadays come with software to let you set custom fan profiles

or i think msi afterburner can do it

what card do you have?
