I have not seen any A/V outputs on video cards in quite a while. Also keep in mind even if you connect them, the old TV will look horrible with a computer output. Considering you can buy used 1080 LCD TVs for super cheap, you are better off replacing the TV and not bother with trying to get the old one connected to a computer. Adapters/Converters will cost you about as much as a TV would. I have seen 40,42" TVs on craigslist for $100 and less.
