I have a Emachines EL1360G-UW12P desktop small form system and my PSU is a Chicony CPB09-D220E. Now my question is that can I put a Radeon HD 6670 that is a low profile type? I assume that since they are low profile type cards for the 6670 means that it will work on any small form factor type desktops. If not then I will have to use the Radeon HD 6450 since that one should work for sure. This desktop is around 2 and half years old btw.

Solution
No. Your psu is too low for the 6670. The minimum for it is 400 W. The 6450 should be fine but might bottleneck it.

Well you have to realize that this system doesn't use much power. It's a amd e-300 processor and has 500gb hard drive and radeon hd 6310 igp. I know the radeon hd 6450 uses around 25 watts but the 6670 uses at most close around 40 watts. You can look at the specs for the model of computer I have.
