Video card going bad or BF3 bugs?

So after doing some test with othere games im at a lost b/c they play good..i have a gtx 560 ti and amd AMD Athlon II X4 635 2.9GHz,i know its not the best cpu but it works ok,now to the problem when playing bf3 on campaing on ultra settings i get about 53fps and low as 24fps it plays nice BUT when i play online the game falls apart when i mean is that most of the im runing into thing but nothings there and somtimes theres flickering and othere times there little parts of the game missing.

So is this a bf3 bug or bad card?

Bf3 bug. It happened all the time in the beta, they still need to fix it
