Video Card/Graphics Card Installation

Hello, I wanted to install a better graphics card into my Older PC but watching videos it seems most of the ones i was going to buy require some PCI express Cord or something? The computer i have doesnt seem to have that and also i looked up a Adapter but it says it needs two other cords free to connect to the Desktop if anyone could help me on information about this i would really love it
 

I only seem to have 1 Molex Cable. Is that just telling me right there my Power supply cant support the graphics card? where can i buy one that can? that isnt going to make me go bank rupt
 


Depends on what graphics card you are looking to upgrade too, more than likely a good 400-500w will do here are a few:
