Video Card HELP

Hi, Im looking for a new video card, I have a pretty old machine about 2 years. WHat Im trying to do is find a card that has 2 either regular or mini display ports for new monitors I have. The HDMIs on each of the monitors I am using is for xbox or ps4. I want to be able to use the Display Ports on the monitors.

Can some suggest a card that has 2 DP? Either equal or better in the specs as the GeForce GT 530 I have right now...

Hope someone can help and Ill answer any of the questions you have about my PC as well

Its usually only the high end cards that have DP ports. Especially two of them. Use DVI instead to run your monitors

Yeah and im guessing the high end cards wont be compatible with me system?

They should be. I'm guessing you can't afford one anyway. eg R9 295x2

i mean I can i just dont want that much power lol... maybe ill look to just return these monitors instead and get them with different ports
