Video Card Help!?

Hey guys,

My system specs are as follows

460 watt Coolermaster Extreme Power Plus
Intel Dual Core @ 1.8ghz (Oced to 2.2ghz)
2GB Kingston RAM
23.5" Full HD monitor
320GB HDD
DVD Drive

At the moment I am running a 2600xt, but want to upgrade. I'm thinking either the 4850 1GB edition, or 4870 512mb edition. What would you guys reccomend considering my specs? Also my birthday is soon so I will prob have bout $150 to spend on a new PSU or CPU if needed. Please give the best advice for my system. Thanks.
