Question Video Card Indecision

I'm in the market for a new video card on the $200-250 bracket. I saw this Zotac GeForce GTX 1060, 192 bit 6GB GDDR5X. I don't have any experience with Zotac products. Are they any good? Also there ie the XFX Radeon 580 Black Edit., 8GB 256bit GDDR5 and XFX Radeon RX 590 Fatboy, 8GB.256bit, DDR5. Any suggestion on where a should put my money. The card will be use mainly for F@H and some gaming.

The gtx 1660 ti are pretty powerful for around $300 bucks. Benchmarked at the gtx1070 level performance or above. Though they're just over your budget ($279 and up) I'd take a look at those. Here's a deal new egg has on one:
