Video card issue

Hello,
I installed a Radeon HD5460 and my computer will not boot..not even into the BIOS.

Do you hear fans spinning or do any lights come on when you press the power switch? If the card needs power plugged into it did you connect the power supply cables? Do you have an old video card you can put back in to test with?

may be a bad card.. i did a little research and noticed that it does not need supplementary power other than what it gets from the motherboard. like lefturn said, try to find another video card to test with
